Vinyl Printing

Vinyl is recommended for one, or two colour designs or text of small quantities. Vinyl is a film that is cut out using a computer and a vinyl cutter. The cutter is much like a printer, but instead a blade is used to cut out what is designed on the screen.
Vinyl is highly recommended for small orders as there are no set-up costs, it is also ideal for individual sportswear, as it is a very durable printing method and is ideal for synthetic fibres. The colours are also very vibrant and opaque, as they are not printed on a printer, so they are really bright and colourful. Fluorescent and metallic vinyl’s are also available, which really give life to any garment. The vinyl we use is made from the highest quality polyurethane material, which makes them extremely soft and flexible. However the limitation with vinyl, and why it can’t be used with every design is that you can only cut out shapes, text or silhouettes.
