The quickest and simplest way to order is to follow the Contact/Quote section, and fill out our simple form. Alternatively you can see our email, and phone number in this section.

Once we have received your form, we will e-mail you with a quotation, if  we have sufficient information.

If you are happy with our quote, we will then e-mail you with visual proof, of what your garments should look like. Please note these are for guide purposes  only, and exact sizes colours, and positioning may vary slightly.

If you confirm that you are happy with the templates, then and then only will we begin production.

You can then come and collect from us, or have us deliver to you by person, if you live local. Alternatively we can post the garments by Royal mail, recorded delivery.

Payment can be received either in cash if we are personally delivering your item or via Paypal or Bank Transfer.

We currently offer Screen Printing, Vinyl printing, Garment finishing and Digital Transfers on a range of garments.

Production time will vary between orders, but we will give you an estimated time before you confirm your order.

Most orders between 1 and 50 garments  will take  between 2 and 14 working days. Larger orders may take longer, we will however state this before any production.

Typical times are as follows:

1-2     items = despatched between 1-3 days.

3-10   items = despatched within 3-5 days

11-30 items = despatched within 6-10 days

31-50 items = despatched within 11-14 days

51+   items = 14 days +

We always try and complete your order in the fastest possible time, so production times may be less.

If you need your order in a rush, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We have been known to produce small orders the same day, AT NO EXTRA COST.

We highly recommend you contact us directly using the contact/quote section as we always seek to please our customers.

We currently have a minimum of 5 pieces.

We can print on a range of garments, that we can provide including,  T-Shirts, Sweatshirt, Polos, Hoodies, Hi-Vis Vests, Aprons, Shirts, shoppers etc. We also have a variety of colours styles and sizes.

You can also mix your orders, and print on different colours and garment styles. For a full list of our stock list please see Garment Options, please note that we do not hold the majority of the garments in stock, but order on demand.

Our first supplier catalogue 1 is very local to us and we can usually pick up the garments the same day, directly from them.

Our second supplier catalogue 2 has a large product portfolio. Unfortunately they are however not local to us and therefore charge to deliver on any order under  £250. The price is £7.45 per consignment. We therefore have to pass this cost on to you and therefore wherever possible we recommend catalogue 1.

Our maximum print area is currently:

Screen Printing – 12″x 16″ paper size. 16″ x 16″ area.

Transfers – A3 paper size 297mm x 420mm.

Vinyl –   12″ x 19″

Local Delivery/Collection:

We are based in Great Barr, Birmingham near the Scott Arms.

If you are local to us we are happy for you to come and collect directly from us, on any order. We will also deliver directly in person within 10 miles. There is a small charge for this service. For the first 5 miles we charge £4 and £8 for up to 10 miles.

If you are unlucky enough to not live in Birmingham, we will happily post your parcel for the following prices.

We utilise the latest adobe products and have both illustrator and Photoshop. Our personal preference is Photoshop. Here is a list of guidelines. If you are having trouble following them, then please just send us the artwork you do have. We can handle the rest.

• File resolution should be at least 300 dpi. Please send artwork at the intended print size, where possible. Remember with printing, garbage in equals garbage out.  We will however try to improve and vectorise your files where possible. We will always send you proof before printing.
• If you can please send us a Photoshop psd file, if not we prefer files in the following order: editable EPS, TIFF or high quality jpg.
• Please send files in RGB Mode.
• If possible please put each colour on a separate layer.
• Please specify intended ink colours.

Yes, we offer a poly bagging service. This is charged at 25 pence per garment. We will individually fold, bag and put a size sticker on the bag. This is an ideal way to keep your garments clean and presentable, particularly if you plan to resell your garments.

The smallest text size is around 10mm, anything less is very difficult to achieve, and we would usually recommend screen printing to achieve the small details and text.
